First Aid Minor cuts or abrasions are treated at the School Office and parents are notified of serious injuries to children.  In the event of a more serious accident, first aid is rendered and a parent is notified and makes the decisions regarding the treatment of the child.  Should a parent or caregiver be unavailable the school will make decisions based upon the most appropriate care for the child.Where necessary, children are transported by ambulance to the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital.  Any costs incurred for medical treatment arranged by the school are the responsibility of the parent/caregiver.
