Performing Arts
Our Lady of the Assumption school prides itself on the opportunities students have to experience various forms of performing arts.
Music
Students engage weekly with an array of instruments and vocal ensembles within a classroom setting. They also have the opportunity to become part of the school choirs and represent our school at various community events.
We also collaborate with a range of music tutors to provide instrumental lessons at the school including piano, violin, drums, guitar and ukulele.
Drama
Starting from a young age, our students explore self-expression, develop confidence, and learn the value of teamwork through drama. This begins with play in the early years and continues to evolve throughout their schooling. Our students participate in classroom drama activities and have the chance to take part in productions that showcase their talents to the school and the broader community.
